For 2019 we are happy to introduce 7 teams that will be competing and representing the All Stars in Districts in the month of June. Teams are made of the best players in the league chosen by coaches, directors, player agents & board members.At Four Peaks we take our All Stars selection process very seriously. We interview coaches, talk to directors, rank the players, check on stats, and make strategic decisions to allow the best teams to represent our league and have the best chances of success in districts and beyond. Important information for Coaches and Parents
You will probably want to appoint a team mom who is very organized to be in charge of collecting everything and getting signatures since you only have a week.
The players need to provide 1 item of residency documentation from each of the 3 groups (click here to download). I usually recommend having parents take picture of Drivers License and text it for group one, the property tax summary or City of Mesa statement for group 2 and SRP for Group 3. All statement items MUST be dated Feb 2018-Jan 2019, show the address used on Affidavit and parents name.
Also District announced Monday, June 5, 5:30P - 7:30P RULES MEETING Mesa Public Library MAIN, Saguaro Room - presented by our UIC, Managers and Coaches are strongly encouraged to attend. Parents/players are also welcome
***IMPORTANT NOTES FOR AFFIDAVIT SIGNING***
When you arrive to the Affidavit signing, please make sure you have everything completed and ready to be reviewed. (tournament affidavit printed, TPV for each player with 3 residency documents dated Feb 2018-Feb 2019.
Each player and parent will need to come to the mandatory affidavit signing and present the birth certificate for review.
Please let them know it must be an ORIGINAL birth certificate or CERTIFIED COPY issued by the state as outlined in the proof-or-age document.
